    Sunday Morning Yoga is for beginning and intermediate practitioners. Learn or refresh the basics with yoga foundations and gentle, slow poses that prepare the body for meditation.

    Don't have equipment? Just bring your body. We have mats, blocks, straps, and blankets!

    There is no charge for attending Sunday Morning Yoga. Donations are always welcome and appreciated.
