“In these challenging times, the flame of basic goodness has nearly been extinguished by the storm of concepts, and the spirit of humanity has been so dampened that we experience our goodness as a faint echo. As brave people, we must find the courage to gently blow on this ember of goodness.” – Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche

Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, the lineage holder of Shambhala, has developed this simple yet profound teaching, practice, and transmission. This is a pilot program, as this practice has thus far only been transmitted to the public by the Sakyong. You are warmly invited to join this weekend program to touch your unconditional nature and explore your own humanity.

Through Shambhala Meditation, we discover a pathway to proclaiming the unconditional 'alive' quality of basic goodness as an antidote to the stress, suffering, and aggression of our times. Through the three phases and associated gestures of Shambhala Meditation—feeling, being, touching—we are able to sense our innate nature which allows us to embody our innate wisdom. By tuning in to our open hearts, we manifest with a kinder, more compassionate, and direct relationship to the world.

Open to all levels of practice. No prior meditation experience is required.
