Practicing with others and for an extended time adds depth and power to one’s practice.  A light breakfast will be offered at 8 am, and practice begins at 9 am.  Soup will be offered for lunch and participants are invited to bring a potluck contribution to fill out the lunch buffet.  The day will finish with an open discussion in which participants are invited to speak on a timely topic.

Enjoy this opportunity to engage with others in an uplifting combination of practice and conversation.

If you would like individual meditation instruction, please note that in the comments section when you register.

If you are not able to attend the entire day, you are welcome to come for as much of the day as you can.

Our Generosity Policy

In order to make our programs accessible to everyone, we have a “pay what you can afford” policy. If the program price is an obstacle for you, please decide what works for you and offer whatever you can.

For those who can offer more than the program price, we have a “patron price”. Your generosity in offering the patron price helps cover the costs for others who are not able to pay the full price.
