Explore a Buddhist view of death and dying and how we can work with that in our life and preparation for death and dying.

One of the four reminders tells use, "Death comes without warning, this body will be a corpse."  How can we incorporate this reality into our practice?  We'll work to accept the idea of impermanence which, when understood, creates a surety about death and dying--this is the way of things, the natural flow of the way things are.

Sue Stephens will present Buddhist ideas and writings on death and dying and we'll engage in discussion on our attitudes and practice.
