Fresh Start Monday is on Hiatus Beginning May 2023

Fresh Start Monday (FSM) has been a mainstay offering at the Shambhala Center for many years.   However, it is time to take a break, step back and look how we can best provide an introductory weeknight option in the future.

Thanks to the many volunteers who staffed the program and whose generosity made it possible.

We will provide an update if and when a new program is available.
