Please join us for our annual Shambhala Day celebration!

Shambhala Day is one of the annual Nyida Days, marking the rhythm of the year and our shared culture.  It is based on the traditional Tibetan New Year celebration of Losar. The date changes every year, as it is calculated astrologically according to the Tibetan lunar calendar.

This year, we enter the Year of the Water Tiger.

Shambhala Day (New Year) is particularly associated with reflecting upon the year that has passed, and setting our intentions for the future, a time when we will gather together to enjoy the traditions of our culture, and celebrate as a global community.

Details will be added as we get closer to the date.
